2. Description of Service

SpeakCue offers voice activated prompting, AI generated responses, teleprompter style display, saved scripts, and related productivity features. Feature access varies between free and paid plans.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle. All payments are final unless required otherwise by law. SpeakCue may update pricing or plan features at any time.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you generate or upload. SpeakCue receives a limited license to process your content solely for operational and performance purposes.

6. AI Generated Output

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. SpeakCue does not guarantee accuracy or suitability for specific purposes. You assume full responsibility for how you use generated content.

7. Prohibited Actions

Users may not:
• Misuse the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Use SpeakCue for harmful, abusive, or illegal activity
• Interfere with security, servers, or data integrity

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, features, code, design, and intellectual property related to SpeakCue belong to JX Holdings LLC.

9. Termination

SpeakCue may suspend or terminate your account for violation of the Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Disclaimer

SpeakCue is provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

JX Holdings LLC is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including data loss, device issues, or third party actions.

12. Updates to Terms

SpeakCue may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates indicates agreement.
